London, UK, and Boston, USA, 1st April 2022 – A3 Communications, the PR specialists for data storage and protection vendors, and the company behind the fast-growing series of demo day event Technology Live!, today announced that it has purchased Penicuik Castle, a 17th-century residence located in the beautiful Scottish countryside. Situated just half an hour outside Edinburgh, in the quaint village of Penicuik, A3 Communications’ new events venue will host the company’s internal annual meetings and will also be available to hire by clients and other vendors who wish to hold product launches, partner events, or customer dinners in a truly unique setting. Penicuik Castle is an ideal space for corporate events and work retreats thanks to its quiet and peaceful surroundings.
“We looked at many different venues, and when this one came up it was a no brainer! Nothing is missing: the space is very flexible, there is ample parking, the views are stunning, and the castle is easily accessible from major transport hubs,” said Federica Monsone, founder of A3 Communications. “When I started A3 Communications back in 2003, I never thought that it would make me lady of the castle one day. I am looking forward to hosting the data storage industry at Penicuik Castle.”
Among the countless attractions Penicuik Castle will offer are the activities available to enjoy on site: what better way to bring a team together than a session of clay pigeon shooting or highland games? Visitors will also be able to enjoy a spot of Scotch whisky tasting at the local distillery located just five minutes down the road, or even appreciate the fun courses available nearby such as ‘make your own haggis.’ With so much history within the walls of the castle (including the wedding of Sean Connery’s grandparents), Penicuik Castle is the perfect change of scenery from the regular venues of everyday office life.
